I-SPEED by VNNIC (i-SPEED) is an application for measuring internet access speed in Vietnam, developed by the Vietnam Internet Center (VNNIC), under the Ministry of Information and Communication.

The i-SPEED application allows Vietnamese internet users to independently check and evaluate their internet access speed through parameters such as download speed, upload speed, and latency (Ping, Jitter).

i-SPEED provides accurate results of users' internet access speed measurements. The collected data contributes to supporting the development of Vietnam's internet infrastructure and services, enhancing the quality of internet service providers, and protecting users' rights.
